We can offer a variety of shipping options due to our long-term relationship with UPS FedEx DHL. Our warehouse personnel will pack all goods to our exacting requirements. Before shipping the goods are thoroughly inspected and secured. Everyday, we send to thousands of clients in multiple countries. This demonstrates our dedication to becoming the largest online retailer on earth. The distribution centers and warehouses distribution are in Europe, as well as the USA.
Note: Orders with more than one item will be assigned a processing date depending on the item.
Prior to shipment, we examine the items ordered thoroughly. The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3-7 days.
Returns
The inventory is always changing and we cannot fully manage it due to the fact that several parties are involved, including our warehouse and factory. Actual stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. Please understand it may happen that your order may be out of stock after your order has been made.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If you haven't received your item within the 30 days period, we are not able to provide either a return or exchange.
Your item must be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item should be in its original packaging.
