Returns

The inventory is always changing and we cannot fully manage it due to the fact that multiple stakeholders are involved, including our factory and warehouse. The actual stock can change at any moment. It is possible that your order may be out of stock once your order has been made.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you haven't received your product within 30 days, we are not able to provide a refund or an exchange.

You can only return an item when it's unopened and in the same condition as the day you received it. It must also still be in its original packaging.
