Returns

Due to multiple parties such as the factory and the warehouse, we are unable to effectively manage inventory. This means that the actual stock could fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that it's possible that your order will be out of stock after you have placed the order.

Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If it's been more than 30 days since you've purchased your item, we unfortunately can't give you a complete refund or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it in. It must also be returned in its original packaging.
