Returns
The inventory is always changing and we do not fully manage it because multiple stakeholders are involved, including our warehouse and factory. The actual inventory may be changed at any time. Please understand it may happen that your order will be out of stock after your order has been made.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.
The item should not be used and in its original condition. It must also be in the original package.
