Note that orders containing more than one item will be processed according to the particular item.
Before shipping, all ordered items will be thoroughly examined. Today, the majority orders will be delivered within 48 hours. The expected delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Returns
We are not able to manage the stock at our warehouse or factory. The actual stock levels can fluctuate at any time. It is possible that you will not receive your order once it has been placed.
Our policy is valid for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to provide the option of a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in good condition and in the same condition that you received it in. The item must be in the original packaging.
